Why we talk about this at Chalkup

Competency-based education (CBE) is not only a hot topic because it is often lauded as being a more efficient approach to learning, but there's a real-world tie-in here. Students develop one competency at a time, which is likely a component of a bigger learning goal. This learner-focused approach is often related to indepenent study and growing more technical skills.

We're really into anything that is learner-focused and potentially winning for building real-world skills, and so it's definitely a conversation we'll keep tabs on.
