What is Blended Learning?

Blended Learning - Combining in-person class time with online engagement outside of class.

Why we talk about this at Chalkup

Blended learning is pretty cool. There’s lots of potential for customized instruction/personalized learning outcomes.

We’ve found that many of our users teach in blended classrooms, combining face-to-face instruction and discussion with engagement outside of the classroom. (Chalkup is a tool that works really well in blended environments, so we’re all over it.)

And the blended model is constantly evolving as educators develop variations on the blended classroom, some opting for more student-driven versions, while others use a more traditional, instructor-based model.
